The original information integration of People’s Tribunal’s cases of Jiangsu Province is completed by all people’s courts. There is no uniform format and the working efficiency is very low. The working process of collection and report consumes a large number of manpower, and material resources. With the rapid development of computer information technology on level of People’s Court, the construction of quality and efficiency system of People’s Court becomes an important step to enhance information work of People’s Court.The performance system of the People’s Tribunal can reflect the various information of the People’s Tribunal’s cases by collecting information unitedly, it helps to provide an accurate basis for scientific decision making for leaders. The network of all Jiangsu districts of the People’s Court is used to implement the performance system of the People’s Tribunal. The system centralizes data storage avoiding a series of inconvenience of the data distributed storage, and it uses comprehensive indexes method, sampling survey method and inductive method to optimize index calculation. The system uses Object-oriented design, embedded SQL, DataPipeline and other advanced technology methods to enhance reusability, reliability and maintainability.The performance system of the People’s Tribunal can solve the complexity of traditional artificial statistics. It can improve working efficiency of the People’s Court statisticians. So that, the court’s leadership can understand the case situation and further concern statistical work. The formal operation of the system can effectively promote the judicial statistics work.
