Magnetic material is a kind of important basic materials which is widely used ininformation and communication industry, biological engineering and aerospace and otherfields. Process index statistic analysis is important content in magnetic materials enterprisemanagement. At present, enterprise production management system is more and more appliedto magnetic materials enterprise, which uses the technology of computer in combination withenterprise actual production process. A great quantity of enterprise practical production dataaccumulated with the operation of production management system. According to the actualdata of enterprise production processes, combined with the computer technology to conductstatistical analysis of process indexes. Through analysis evaluates production efficiency of allthe processes, find out the weak link, and then reduce the weak link’s production cost,improve production efficiency is the key of process index statistical analysis module.Research on the statistical analysis method of magnetic materials and using computertechnology to the corresponding software system’s development has important theoreticalsignificance and practical application value.This paper conducted function requirement analysis of magnetic material process indexstatistic analysis module, which takes Shanxi magnetic material enterprise’s actual productionas the background. Magnetic material process index statistic analysis is a complicated process,involving multi-processes multi-indexes. Introduced the statistics process of process index,analyzed the problems in the process index statistics, and summarized the characteristics andthe difficulties of magnetic material process index statistics.The index system’s establishment and its assessment methods is the most important linksin the process indexes statistics analysis. It will benefit the indexes management of processindexes and provides the quantitative evaluation index. Under the design principle ofconciseness, orderly stages, being more scientific and rather continuity, process productionindexes system of magnetic material is posed through theoretical analysis, expert advice andfrequency methods. This index system included two kinds that are quantitative kinds andqualitative kinds. Quantitative indicators include: month ingredients accuracy in ingredientsprocess; month throwning yield and month throwning percent of pass of throwning process; month electroplating ultra-slip, month electroplating vacancy rate, month electroplatingmissing angle rate, month electroplating heap nickel rate, month electroplating traces of therate and so on in the secondary and tertiary index. Qualitative indicators included two typesof level indicators:the operating environment and safety management, quality of raw materials.All kinds of one level index contains secondary indexes as follows: work environment andsafety management includes:(1) ISO9000standard reach situation (2) the integrity of processoperation norm guidance (3) operator training situation (4) operators degree level; The qualityof raw materials include:(1) niobium iron standard quality situation (2) boron iron standardquality situation (3) di iron standard quality situation (4) ho iron standard quality.Contradiction can solved by fuzzy mathematics between system complexity and theevaluation accuracy by translating complicated and uncertain factors issues into simpleevaluation model with the foundation of figures. Process production indexes are assessed byfuzzy mathematics, of which is also widely used in enterprise production managementactivities. With the help of fuzzy mathematics’s integrated assessment, all factors whichimpact process index can be evaluated precisely and sidedly. The current situations of allprocess indexes in magnetic material production are evaluated, through which to find out theweak links. And carry on comprehensive appraisal to judge the enterprise process index levelusing the principle of "maximum membership degree". With enterprise’s actual productiondata by using above analysis and evaluation method respectively get the index level in August,September, October, November of2011. The process production index level respectively aregood, excellent, excellent and lower level, which accords with practice.Combining with the requirement of magnetic material process index statistics, this paperconducted function module details design, software details design, database and interfacedesign and software development of process index statistics analysis module. Client and theserver structure(C/S structure) was adopted. The whole system’s foreground application wasbuilt by the tools of Visual studio.net and the backend database using Microsoft SqlServer2005.
