Cyber physical system is a heterogeneous multi-dimensional intelligent complex system, that integrate computing, network and the physical environment, which has the characteristics of real-time, distributed, high reliability, high security, and autonomy. CPS has highly integration of the physical world and the virtual network under a complex network enviroment, which implement the autonomous control of physical component through information sensed, computation process and decision execution.CPS modeling of the physical world is the foundation of the whole system, and it is the prerequisite to guarantee the physical and network integration. Currently,the primary methods of CPS’s physical world include the component-based modeling, service oriented modeling, behavior-based modeling,modeling based on differential dynamic logic, modeling based on Petri net,dynamic modeling based on automata, and so on.In practical application, the traditional modeling method is difficult to meet the CPS’s demand of heterogeneous, real-time, autonomous. Lack of physical modeling for CPS leads to the inherent function of the CPS system is damaged, especially the control of high difficulty of large-scale systems in some advanced, such as energy, industrial automation, remote control, road traffic and aerospace field, the influence and loss cause by the insufficient of physical model is more obvious.Therefore, in view of the fact that, the current modeling method of CPS’s physical world can not meet the demand of the system, the purpose of this paper is to propose a method for modeling the CPS’s physical world, overcome the disadvantages of the existing modeling methods, to improve the overall performance of CPS system. A efficient method of modeling and simulation of the physical world, will bring a new development on CPS’s technology.In this paper, we are combination the multi paradigm, meta modeling and formula modeling, for fully eqution-oriented muti paradigm modeling to CPS physical world, that will be divided physical world into different levels, and abstraction components at different levels, and then use the paradigm to describe the physical components, to solve the existing modeling methods in discrete and continuous time modeling, and insufficient at Spatio-Temporal requirement. Finally, using Modelica modeling and simulation tool, combined with the derived equation perform the model simulation, and analyzed simulation result. In this paper, we find a high performance CPS physical modeling method, through the analysis of the existing modeling methods. Carried out in-depth research and analysis of the aircraft physical model, make the CPS’s physical world modeling method is more effective. In this paper, we divided the aircraft physical world into the world model, atmospheric model, terrain model, airport infrastructure model and the airframe component model, and used the physical modeling method proposed in this paper for the auto land control modeling and simulation. Finally, analyzed and summarized the experimental results, and pointed out the future research directions.
