Virtual reality technology has been hailed as the most magical computer graphics technology of the 21st century. With the continuous development of virtual reality technology, the simulation system using virtual reality technology was developed to be very high in the virtual experiment system. With its good interactivity and operability, it is quickly gained popularity in the teaching. Improving the teaching level and teaching quality is great significance, and providing new ideas for experimental teaching. There is a huge population base in China, and the number of students is too much in the school. The shortage of experimental equipment, and some experiments that its cycle is too long, and real experiments with various dangerous, and partly due to the limit of time region, make it the weakest link in the teaching and learning.In this paper, aiming at the problems above, it has combined with the traditional virtual reality system of oneness and interactive virtual reality technology and other characteristics at the same time. Such as using Unity3D engine technology designed module of virtual experimental platform system and users can operate a variety of experiments in the virtual system. It can make up for the lack of teaching conditions, and provide more high quality teaching resources, teaching service, and the quality of teaching.Improving the teaching efficiency and teaching quality make a certain contribution. This article main research content is as follows:First, summarizes the typical application of virtual reality technology.Second, collision detection algorithms are reviewed in this paper. Using the bounding box collision detection technology solved the penetration phenomenon in virtual system. This paper proposes a new hybrid hierarchical bounding box algorithm.Third, according to the traditional framework of virtual reality system, it has completed the contents of the virtual system, logic, preliminary planning work in this paper.Fourth, with the aid of Unity3D engine, it has completed virtual scene, such as interface of the virtual system content in this paper.In the end, through the asphalt mixture at low temperature tm bending experiment, it demonstrates the feasibility of the virtual system, and analyzed the advantage of the virtual system in this paper.
