In recent years, with the improvement of people’s income level, changes in consumer attitudes, the number of private cars more and more; and with increasing employment pressure, many students have to drive as a basic skill and job weight; this important reasons are the result of motor vehicle driver’s license examination to become qualified boom. Driving school, as the only link between students and the Department of Motor Vehicle, plays a vital role. With the increasing market demand, the contradiction between driving school with the students is particularly prominent: First, changes in the number of conflicts between the driving school and students, used to be contradictory and insufficient Driving too many resources between students, now is the lack of resources Driving excessive contradiction with the students; Second, learn to drive costs higher and higher; Third, learn to drive long period; Fourth, driving school trainers, scale can not meet the needs of the market, resulting in lower satisfaction with the training, the loss of customers.Facing with backward traditional mode of driving charge and difficulties of vehicle management etc, it is particularly urgent for traffic administration to advance normalization reformation, which conduces to the management system of booking fee on driving training. It has changed the traditional teaching method between students and coaches, meanwhile, it can fully respect the students and coaches, make two-way choice for teaching, enable students to choose their own learning time and coach, as well as replace their coaches at any time during different subjects, which can help to give a full play to the students’ enthusiasm and effectively improve the coaches’ teaching quality and teaching attitude with the aim of achieving win-win situation.Through comparative analysis of the development needs of the mainstream of the various management systems architecture design and development environment, as well as the system of research, with the current mainstream development environment JSP + Spring + Tomcat + Mysql Java Web-based design of driver training reservation fee management system. JSP is mainly used to develop dynamic Web pages. Spring 3.0 is an excellent framework for source development. Tomcat 7.0 is a powerful and easy-to-use Web application server, which can be freely downloaded from internet and reduce the cost of development. Used for data collection and storage, Mysql 5.5.13 is more suitable for small application development, which can guarantee the integrity and security of the data.In order to ensure the system is operating normally, adding a test session. First through driving school market research and demand analysis, demand targeting software for the realization of all the features of the module on the basis, to meet more than 500 concurrent users, and can guarantee the security of the data. Preparation of test plans, design test cases in determining the demand, the final performance test. This paper uses orthogonal experimental design method to generate effective test cases; test methods using event stream function test proved that each module can meet the needs of users; for the current mainstream browsers(IE8, E9, IE10,360, Firfox other browsers) tested for compatibility, 360 browser compatibility issues(including interface display, function bar position, font, format, etc.) particularly prominent, tracked by test feedback to solve the above problems, the system can successfully applied in 360 the browser; user concurrent test performance test tool Grinder2.8.6 system, test results show that the system can meet the maximum number of concurrent users is 500 people, basically meet the current demand analysis; and finally the effectiveness and capability of the error masking data so do the reliability test. The test results meet user needs, and practical.The main achievement of the following functional mainly blocks: login module, front page reservation wall module, training management, school fees, statistics, system Settings, etc. According to different permission settings, it can be divided into the following three logins: login for driving school administrators, login for coaches and login for students. The system also depends on the permission setting to ensure the security of application system. Training module is one of the highlights of driving training system operation, for it not only has to complete the data collection and management of the coach and students but also have to complete reservation, coach class and other important operations, including driving training model establishment and management, establishment and management of the site, and so on. Statistics module data collection management is undoubtedly a valuable resource for driving school. Its statistical content includes class hours, reservation, working hours, evaluation and so on, from which students can not only learn peak time, but also understand the basic teaching conditions of every coach, including the teaching time, teaching quality and teaching attitude. It is convenient for driving school to make a sound management.This thesis has made a detailed introduction about knowledge relevant to system, including the system development environment involved in Web application server, Mysql database server, and system development language. Besides, this thesis has made a design for model, structure and framework of system. What’s more, after making an introduction of interface layout of functional module and the implementation process, this thesis has made an e-r diagram for the main module design and the corresponding database table. Finally, the entire system of system deployment and test, test, test work includes Web design characteristics and analysis of test cases, functional test of the system, demand performance testing, compatibility and reliability testing analysis and implementation, complete user needs goals: achieve the objective needs of all the features, to meet the system’s maximum number of concurrent users to 500 people, and server response time performance of each module are to meet the requirements to achieve the purpose of the test, the successful completion of the project.
