Research On Information System R&D Efficiency Based On Project Management

During the research and development of medium and large information systems, it is a very prominent issue of the efficiency of R & D. This paper combines theoretical study of PMBOK with CMMI, and gives the main solution to large scale IT project management, based on the analysis of major issues of large and medium IT project management.It has analyzed and studied on the influence factors of information system development based on the perspective of project management, and established the information system development efficiency factors system model based on the following two aspects. Firstly, analyze R & D from the vertical angle of the life cycle in eight aspects, which include process management factor, organization structure factor, project plan factor, requirement management factor, design quality factor, programming prevention factor, missed testing analysis, and quality assurance factor. Secondly, from the horizontal angle of the project management in five aspects, including resource factor, management class factor, norm factor, tool factor, and technique factor.During the research process for R & D efficiency factor system model of information system, it has proposed "tripartite" system organization structure application model, and " the three layer structure project application model ", and also provide practical application.Through the research and analysis of information system development efficiency factors system model, it has provided the basis reference of the project management knowledge system practical application to the project manager, such as PMBok, CMMI, and so on. It should pay more attention in practice for enhancing project management efficiency ability of R & D. Only after richening experience, studying and summarizing constantly, the real value of the project management can be reflected, and the power of project management in implementation of information system R & D project can be exploited.
