Research On Online Land Inspection Based On Mobile Computing

Mobile computing is developed along with mobile network and distributed computing technology. It has been applied to the intelligent terminal equipment to achieve the data transmission and resource sharing in the wireless environment. Then mobile computing has gradually been applied to the agriculture sector for it has realized the data transmission service of real-time and reliability. This paper is depend on Anhui Province basic farmland dynamic monitoring. With the research background, mobile computing is introduced into the basic farmland dynamic inspection application. In view of the demand and the reporting of farmland information acquisition, dynamic monitoring and real-time protection of basic farmland land is realized in order to innovate the agricultural inspection method.This research focuses on solving the three key problems-acquisition of basic farmland information based on mobile computing, real-time transmission of streaming media for farmland information based on mobile computing, the problem of online land inspection based on mobile computing. Research on the basic farmland acquisition method based on mobile computing, to investigate the real-time transmission method of streaming media information based on mobile computing, to develop the online land inspection system based on mobile computing.The main content on our research as followings:1. Research on the method for obtaining the information of basic farmland in mobile computing. Through the classification of the information of farmland, the basic farmland information acquisition method is provided, the method for obtaining the basic farmland streaming media information is discussed.2. Research on the method for the real-time transmission method of streaming media information based on mobile computing. Through the analysis of different working process for the transmission of real-time streaming media information, the method for optimizing performance of media transmission in environment is presented, then the faster real-time transmission of streaming media information is realized.3. A online land inspection system based on mobile computing is developed in this paper. In the Windows mobile 6.5 system, using Visual Studio 2008 as the platform, using C# language,a online land inspection system based on mobile computing is developed for the application to land inspection technology and method.Achievements of this paper will have a innovation of the technology and method for agricultural land inspection. Some questions are likely to resolve in the process of law enforcement, the questions are the complexity for manual collecting information, the updating of farmland data is late, the lack of dynamic supervision. It has vital significance for dynamic regulation and real-time protection of basic farmland, to keep our "food" and "lifesaving tin", to guarantee the quality and quantity of basic farmland, then our country can protect national grain security.
