With the development of economy and society, network wireless, and application infinite, these are gradually after the fashion. The words "wireless" and "infinite" are similarly one night with the same meaning. But the wireless network is not really "unlimited" network, transmission time-delay, error rate, switching access points frequently and other shortcomings make large flow and high real-time data transmission is facing unprecedented challenges. In this paper, based on mobile network characteristics, the Time-delay Boundary Measurement, Parametric Test and Linear Regression Method, to try to study seamlessly switch issues of AP (Access Point); On this basis, for the distribution of resources subnet, present the real-time, quality and bandwidth three-dimensional boundary theory, improve the existing real-time streaming media distribution mechanism, creating a real-time streaming media distribution boundary model(RSDBM), and using heap sort of the distribution network optimized distribution of resources in the path, improved real-time streaming media distribution in mobile network performance. The main work and contributions are as follows:1. From the quantitative and qualitative point of view, elaborated the mobile network in real-time streaming media distribution characteristics. Depend on the node routing, real-time streaming media was transferred step by step to the edge of distribution network; Relay, and going forward one by one make the distribution network with high latency, low-quality features, it was defined border issues of time and quality; In addition to mobile nodes under highly limited bandwidth and processing power, constitutes a content distribution channels were limited issues scalability. So from the time, quality, bandwidth and processing power three-dimensional point of view, reasoning the boundary theory on a mobile network in real-time streaming media distribution.2. The mobile network based on border issues, under the condition of clock synchronization, the boundary of data distribution was defined by the quantitative relation, proposed real-time method for determining the rejection region and tendency prediction method of node smooth pursuit; improved data transmission quality measurement methods and packet pair bandwidth estimation method.3. Based on the above method, using the path-driven real-time streaming media distribution mechanisms, quality, bandwidth, three-dimensional flow control methods, applied the method of heap sort optimize real-time streaming media distribution network; proposed a model of multi-objective programming, it has features of three-dimensional boundary distribution, included real-time, quality and bandwidth. Model is mainly divided into three parts: a multiple objective optimization method, the second is index service mechanism, the three functions in real-time streaming media distribution and process detailed description.Finally, by simulation, verified the validity and scope of application. Results show that RSDBM can improve the distribution efficiency of resources and reduce visit rejection rates and data jitter due to interrupting.
