The Design And Implementation Of Material Management System For Angola Municipal Engineering Project

As more and more construction enterprises to enter the overseas market, Shandong road and bridge group oversea company successfully entered the Angola market in 2008, participated in a series of Angola state dominated municipal engineering project. The material supply of Angola is difficult, almost all materials except land material are required from the domestic transportation. The current company through paper documents to complete the extensive material management, and the material management system is simple, needs secondary input data, even can’t finish the material of the real-time monitoring and management. With the increasing expansion of the company and the project department, according to the characteristics of Angola material supply, designing a set of safe and reliable material management system is necessary.In this paper, through the description of background of Angola municipal engineering project material management system, analyzes the advantages and problems of current domestic and foreign management information system, elaborated the system’s functional requirements and non functional requirements, and used case diagram and flow chart form as the detailed description, presented the main functions of the system, including user management, planning management, warehouse management, accounting management, reports and statistics module; used the UML class diagram, interaction diagram and sequence diagram as the detailed design of the involved function requirement and analysis of system, and carried on the design to the database, made the database model diagram and E-R diagram of key parts, analyzes the relationship between tables; system architecture design between tables; by designing and developing the system, realized five major function module, focusing on the function of planning management, warehouse management and accounting management, then carried on the simple description of the system finally realization and tested the system with the partial function interface screenshots system.The system used B/S mode, used the.NET platform to develop, the front-end design used object oriented C# language, the system used SQL Server 2008 as the support program of the background data management, finally realized the material informatization of Angola municipal engineering project, and finished the dynamic management in different Angola project departments what was useful to standardize the working flow, save the construction cost and improve the work efficiency. Then it achieved the goal of the enterprise fine management innovation and enhancing core competitiveness, and accelerated the process of company informatization work.
