The researcher found that each branch have not noticed important of customer perception in the process of network optimization. So research the customer perception of appraisal standard, quantitative method and implementation step is necessary. Makes network optimization work more close to the true feelings.First Introduces the technique of Code-DivisionMultipleAccess(CDMA) and Evolution Date only(EV-DO), compares CDMA with EV-DO, discusses their characteristics and differentia in order to determine the focus of CDMA and EV-DO network optimization, Identify Customer perception optimization of basic content, Including Multicarrier network strategy,location register and call transfer, PN planning, partition of location area, Manage the workload of its area and optimize the allocated resources, Through these optimization methods to improve the customer’s access performance, service retainability and is verified by DT/CQT test.Second based on the quantitative customer perception and improve customer perception were studied, On the one hand, through Traffic and the relationship between the voice quality, Location registration of planning, PN planning and resource load analysis summiarizing Optimize customer perception method of voice business, On the hand analysis the proportion of user between 3G and 2G network, PKI the relationship with the customer perception and analysis of user behaviors and Supplemented by case in order to establish a set of applicable data business customer perception evaluation system,Expand the connotation of the network optimization.Finally introduced wireless network optimization design in customer perception, summarized the full thesis, and pointed out the future network optimization direction to be researched.Thus, the importance of customer perception optimization increasingly prominent.
