Mobile TV is television service to subscribers via mobile terminal. It is a combination of mobile telecommunication, broadcast and television. As a new type of information service and media style mobile tv brings new development opportunities and challenges for information industry. In this case mobile tv is the hot spot of domestic and foreign technology and industrial development during next few years . CMMB (digital mobile multimedia broadcasting) become a leader in the development of handheld television because of its unique platform advantages and technological advantages.CMMB operators need to investigate which programs are now welcomed by the users; advertisers need to determine which mobile TV program has the value of advertisement. Whether the user's viewing habits surveys are conducted for CMMB will become the program evaluation system as a key. How best to collect the CMMB mobile TV user's viewing information, access to the user's viewing habits and other relevant data to become operational development of CMMB a new topic.This paper based on researching the key technology of CMMB system analysis the feasibility of build a survey and analysis system of user behavior based on CMMB. And promote, design the system. And implement the system's prototype which is prepared for the business style.The arrangement of chapters in this paper is listed as the following: the first chapter will introduce the background to the study, Chapter II will focus on the related key technology research. Chapter III introduce the system design. Chapter IV will introduce the implementation method of whole system.
