The Design And Implementation Of The System Of Maintenance Task Management Of CTT

In recent years, China Tietong Jining Branch has invested a lot of power in information construction. But with the increasing workload, especially since take over the maintenance service of CMCC, the original work model of open up special phone line and error order by telephone or mail, has been unable to meet the needs of the development of our bussiness. There is not a unified platform for the maintenance starff, and the connection between the relevant departments entirely working by hand. This kind of working mode is not only inefficient, more prone to error, but hard to manage. Therefore it is imperative to develop a suitable system for task management for CTJB.This paper is divided into five parts, instroduction, requirements analysis, system design, implementation and tasting, summary and outlook. By analyzing the background of operation and maintenance management of CTJB, proposed the disadvantage of the similar systems using in China. Technically, the system is based on B/S framework, using Java for the development, design patterns using MVC, using SSH framework for technical architecture, the Web page using JSP, JS framework adoped jquery, approval node limit is controlled by spring timer and quartz, and using JfreeChart for reporting plugin.The clients of the system divide into maintenance staff, manager,system manager.The system implement five modules:order management module, staff management module, task list module, statistical analysis module and system settings module.Announcement management module implement the adding, deleting, modifying, querying, details viewing of the announcement as sub-function.Data maintenacne module implement the management of the types of error order type, the types of special telephone line order, regional control, maintenance staff, leader group and other sub-function.Error order management module implement the Creation of error order, workflow processing control and other sub-functions.Special telephone order management module implement the Creation of Special telephone order and workflow processing control and other sub-functions.Data statistics module implement the troubleshooting efficient statistical reports, export reports, charts display, and other sub-functions.System Management module implement the Administrators list, group management, role management, department management, user management and other sub-functions.The system has been complete tested, and now it’s working on-line. The sunning of the system enhance the efficiency of the maintenance staff and reduce the work-pressure of the managers, and the leader of our company can get the real-time information of the maintenance status.
