The Design And Implementation Of Project Information Management System For Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone

Tianjin Nangang industrial zone is located in the southeast of Tianjin Binhai New Area. Since 2006 the State Council approved the "Tianjin city overall planning", with its geographical position advantage, and the full support of the government, the economy of Tianjin Nangang is growing very fast. Since the establishment of the Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone, a large number of projects has developed and these projects has greatly promoted the development of Tianjin Nangang industrial zone. However, due to the lack of effective communication measure between different departments, the entire project is very difficult to master. In order to solve the problem, the Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone management department decided to develop a Project Management Information System.According to the project management regulations and the problems need to be solved in Tianjin Nangang industrial zone and the current technology application situation, Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone project information management system is determined using the B/S architecture, using spring, struts, hibernate technology to implement system. In order to compatible with existing NC system and the OA system, the system uses SQL SERVER 2008 database.The function of Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone project information management system is divided into six modules, respectively are project information management, project establishment and early management, bidding management, project implementation, acceptance and transferred to fixed assets, project contract and requirement management. Project information management includes project information query, project schedule management, project milestone management, my project and the project of my concern. Project establishment and early management includes preparation and plan, preliminary formalities, preliminary design. Bidding management functions include investment approval declaration, construction project planning permit, bidding application, construction project bid, contract signing, inspection of construction line certificate declaration. Project implementation includes quality supervision and registration, construction project permits application, construction application, acceptance form, additional items and approval, detection information summary. The acceptance and transferred to fixed assets functions include project completion and acceptance, project completion and settlement application, the project cost audit application, contract settlement application, quality supervision and report, completed acceptance record and summary, temporary custody, the warranty to terminate the application, project completion final accounts application. Project contract and requirements management includes contract information management and element information management.Hope that the development of Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone project information management system can solve the problem that because of the lack of effective communication measure between different departments, the entire project is difficult to master effectively and efficiently.
