Archives Management And Personalized Service In "Cloud Computing And Intelligent Terminal"

With the development of the digital archives, the digitization and informatization degree of archives information deepened gradually, the issues of archives information retrieval and use received more and more attention. In this context, archive users put forward higher requirements on the quality of archives information and access to archives information. Cloud computing technology and rapid developed 3g,4g mobile networks provide technical support for the archives information resource integration management and convenient use anytime and anywhere, as well as provide a new direction of the personalized service of archives information.Based on the systematic analysis of the service structure and characteristics of cloud computing, cloud storage, and the connotation characteristics of the personalized service, this paper establishes an archives management and service mode of "cloud computing and intelligent terminal" through junior and senior two stages combing intelligent terminal. In the junior stage, it establishes a private cloud of archives system by making use of infrastructure construction of cloud computing,which is the cloud storage technology,to integrate and manage the archival information resource of our country, and builds a "cloud storage and intelligent terminal" management mode combined with intelligent terminal at the same time. Through the design of software architecture of intelligent terminal, it can achieve the retrieval using integration of archives information. In the senior stage, based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of personalized service in a cloud environment, it establishes a personalized service mode of "cloud computing and intelligent terminal" making use of cloud computing platform, namely a service and software. It includes user model’s building and personalized push service. Finally, considering the confidentiality and uniqueness of archives information that different from the other public service information, meanwhile, combining the service characteristics and application status of cloud computing, this paper systematically analyzes possible security issues during the implement of "cloud computing and intelligent terminal", including the own security of cloud computing platform service, and the security of cloud user data and cloud archives data.
