Research And Implementation Of Xml-based Budget System

With the development of the rapid development of telecom foundation, the financial budget of project has become an important mean of testing the quality of design and the quality durning the built process.The examination base has played an important role in project design. The elder calculate methods had not suit for current project budget. So, it is necessary to put forward a new calculate method and realize it throught the software. This paper aimed the .Net and the XML technology to research the budget software realization.The paper describes the research of the design of telecom budget system based on the technique of .Net and XML.First, it introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this system research and describes the general scheme of the system including analysis of the system function and the design of database.Secondly, it introduces the running environment of the system and the important technology which used in this system, including the techniques of .NET FRAMEWORK, ADO.NET and the ODBC, and so on.Besides, it introduces the characteristic of these techniques and the means of storing and drawing the data based on XML technique.In addition, this examination base system adopts multi-layer architecture.This paper describes in detail the realization of the multi -layer archtecture including design client layer, logic layer and data layer.The client layer is designed with C# and WeifenLuo.WinFormsUI.Docking dll, logic layer with ADO.NET technology, data layer with ODBC and XML.The system function is accomplished in the logic layer. Furthermore,it also describes the design ideas of the key parts,which are the algorithm of generating the Login model, the hint model and the calculate model. These models are accomplished through XML technology.In the end,it discusses in the appendix the format of XML which emerge in the process of development and the ways to deal with them.
