The Design And Implementation Of Students Management System For Hunan Vocational College Of Art

Due to the increase of population and the school scale is also increasing; the number of students in each school increased sharply, the management for student information has become more and more complex. In the face of large amount of information, the manual processing will cause the low working efficiency and very prone to error, so development of a student management system for improving the management efficiency of student information in school has become an inevitable. By using this system, it’s good for management on school information, professional information, personal information, scientific statistics and fast query, to reducing the student management work load, improve work efficiency.In recent years, in order to improve the students’ information management, have developed many related systems and the corresponding website, to stimulate and promote the level of student information management, improve work efficiency; the information management system of student has been improved obviously. This system is based on the relevant situation using the Struts technology, B/S structure, Web2.0 technology for developing, the function design are provides the basic information management, student information management, student management, information management of state grants free tuition, free tuition information management, internship information management, employment information management etc, use SQL SERVER 2008 as the database of the system, SQL SERVER 2008 is new, high stability version in SQL SERVER system data software company, it have been greatly improved in the security, stability and performance and it’s one of the commonly used database in modern software development.This paper analyzed the background and function of system design, and briefly describes the main problems was solved by the system, to finish the function design according to the demand analysis of software, realize the deployment of structure of application system and design of the system function framework according to the analysis and requirements elicitation of system. Then design the detailed system function and database. Introduce the realization status of each function of system, to carry on the test to the system at the end.The system deployment and operation basically meet the needs on student information management of Hunan Vocational College of Art; it can smooth completion the whole process on student management work. To realize the efficient processing on students basic information, enrollment status of students, State grants, Tuition free information, internship information and employment information. It made the large number of students management work on related data processing become simpler, reduce the burden of the staff and improve work efficiency. The whole system’s running can meet the needs on student information management with stable, safe, reliable operation for Hunan Vocational College of Art.
