The request for data process in the area of biology and medicine has become complex, it is hard for the complicated application like multimedia case history to adapt the request. With the maturity of the J2EE application and the popularity of XML techniques, more and more multimedia techniques like VRML, OpenGL engine have been integrated into database system.As a standard text format, XML establishes a series of rules which make it a real "world langue", for data in different type can be transformed into each other, as long as they support the rules. And XML has been established on the mathematical foundation strictly, its correctness is validated by the schema, it has no bug and can be manipulated easily. All these made XML an open standard, the data expressing in XML is independent of hardware, merchant supply and program langue. It will inject new energy in network computation, and will bring new opportunity for the development in information technique.This paper introduces the trend which gets the unstructured data into the structured first, analyzes structured data's advantages and importance, then shows the problem we faced on it, and advises that all data collection and transformation's type are transformed into the form of semi-structured XML document, and then transformed XML into rational data. Then propose a method to process a special data, three-dimensional graph, it transforms the semi-structure data VRML to standard XML format to store, though XML is also semi-structured, the mature parse tools can transform it to perfect structured data relational langue and store easily, the reverse processes get the dada from database and display it, achieve the object structuring data. At last, we set a system to realize the thought above, and describe the details of the system, and advise some advices on the short of the system.
