In today’s society, image processing technology has become more and more important, it has been widely used in the robot technology, automatic driving technology, remote sensing, UAV system and other fields. However, with the advent of the Big Data era, people have higher demand for the data processing speed, miniaturization of the device and control costs. The FPGA due to its powerful features, design flexibility and reliability has been widely applied. And high speed, low price, low technical threshold of SDRAM is also popular in the low end of the design.This topic focus on digital board’s optimization design, based on FPGA and SDRAM operation on 133 MHZ in normal, to provide a smaller and lower-cost design used in small robot. Based on the FPGA and SDRAM electrical characteristics and IBIS models, using Cadence design software to guide design and simulation analysis. Provides a process from OrCAD schematic mapping, pre routing simulation, post routed simulation, verification scheme and design analysis. Finally meet the design requirements and design purposes in all respects.
