With the wide popularity of mobile office and mobile Internet business, the requirement of network performance is gradually increasing. Moreover, the increasingly serious situation of Internet security makes the network maintenance particularly important. Therefore, it is urgent and of significant importance to improve the GSM (Global System for Mobile) performance, and the real-time, effectiveness as well as accuracy of network maintenance.This article, based on mobile 4A system network framework and aiming at the current state of the network maintenance of a CMCC branch company in a certain city, has designed a GSM network maintenance instructions platform management system. This system can summarize the common problems in maintenance work through the analysis of maintaining Internet. Besides, it is also proposed maintenance handling platform to avoid a large amounts of repetitive work and thus reduce the works of Internet maintenance personnel. Therefore, business personnel can concentrate on analysis and decision-making of GSM network maintenance business. The GSM network maintenance instruction platform management system is consisted of instruction platform information retrieval module,4A server data acquisition module and PC operation processing module. The instruction platform information retrieval module is mainly in charge of completing the delivery of operating instructions, the retrieval and storage of device data. It adopts the IOCP communication module to realize the data exchange among multi-clients with high efficiency.4A server data acquisition module, using multi-threading technology to actualize the function of parallel processing data collection, is designed to acquire the data information of mobile devices. As to PC operation processing module, it is aiming at analyzing and processing the device data in order to help the personnel maintain internet in fixed services so that the human-computer interaction can be put in practice. According to the requirement of the service function, the fixed services involved currently includes channel utilization, the block and release of Fail, LOG acquisition and analysis as well as VVIP. This system uses VS2008 as development platform and adopts C++ as programming language. The database used in this system is Server2008.The GSM network maintenance command platform management system designed in this paper has been running for over six months in a mobile company, and the results show that each module works steadily and reliably in good condition. It costs 2 seconds for each command to process, and less than 60 seconds for one hundred commands. This system meets the standards of the maintenance work in every measure and it can greatly reduce the workload of the personnel. Thus it functions as a time saver in the maintenance work and improve the efficiency of work.
