Instead, it publishes and delivers rapidly the company’s information as well as demand of carriage by virtue of information technology and the available infrastructure of all kinds.Tianma LIMS separates the business logic, data logic and channel logic apart, uses structured relationship database, providing identified business logic view for electronic marketing channel of different department. It separates service handling apart to obtain high cohesion and low coupling of the system, thus providing service for the application of foreground application class, management class and storage class. This service involves modularized, accurate, high-effective infrastructure supporting. Using SQL Server relationship database as the backstage of Tianma LIMS could fulfill the structured management of each data, thus helping the operators develop technology by effective data to find certain significant knowledge and discipline from a large number of enterprises’data. Therefore, these findings could be used from daily operation to managerial decision.This paper mainly introduces the related technology, system analysis, database design,system design and the practical part. It analyzes nine models in details in addition to designing and realizing them, such as resource and customer management, contract and command management, headquater plan, subsidiary corp plan, carriage management, warehouse management and settlement management. This system has been put into trial operation. It is suggested from the user feedback that the system itself could meet the subscriber’s need. It’s integrity has also achieved intended target of the system.
