The Design And Implementation Of Tax Withholding System For Liaohe Petroleum Real Estate

Tax revenue is the main source of state revenue. In our country, the withholding system is often used at present. Personal income tax, business tax and other taxes are withheld by enterprise. Strengthening withholding tax services of enterprise and company is vital to the national fiscal and taxation work. Therefore, for Liaohe Petroleum Real Estate, in this paper, an enterprise withholding tax system is designed to strengthen the personal income tax collection and management work.In this paper, we conducted a detailed research about the method and process of the personal income tax and other tax withholding business. And the role involved in the system is the withholding agent accounting. First, financial staff logs taxpayers coding, taxpayer’s name and other information. After that, the certificate of tax payment information and input the storage group number are logged. Then, the staff can print the invoice, and certificate of tax payment and taxpayer information storage for future reference. If the tax certificate is filled correctly and usefully, daily solutions work is needed. Once solutions work is done, the paid cards can no longer be destroyed. From the system’s user interface, the user can input various query requirements, to check the tax information that meets the conditions.In this paper, we first introduce the research background and the related technology, platform. Then, taking the individual income tax for example, the case on withholding tax work of Liaohe Petroleum Real Estate is analyzed. Also we analyze the system’s system requirements and other requirements. Then, the whole organization system level and the organization scheme is designed. And the system function and database is designed in detail. Finally, the method of realization (by Visual Studio and Access) of each module of the system is introduced. And the system is tested in the end.
