Tax payer, without time and geographi cal constraints, is able to complete detailed declaration of personal income tax online. The system is divided into two parts:the integrated Management Information Syste m (MIS2.0) of YunNan Local Taxation Bureau and the taxpayer service platform.This document first introduce from the system development background, explain the important of the system develop and the system main specification; also introduce the main related technologies. Third, analyzed the total requirement of the personal income tax detail application submit business, base on the tax department management business and the personal income tax application submit business, defined the system function requirement; In the system design part, it detail described the system application structure, function structure, operation flow, data structure and the system security system design; In the system execution part, it has the detailed description of main module of he personal income tax application submit, also with the application case described the system; In the system testing part, base on the test cases focus on the test of the personal income tax application submit module, also the analysis of the testing summary. In the end, with the summary and the future proposal, base on the objective evulation, give the advice of the system optimize.
