The Design And Implementation Of The Natural Personal Income Tax Management System In Qinzhou

Due to the impact of tax reforms such as the increase of business reforms,personal income tax,and the adjustment of corporate income tax collection,the jurisdictional focus of the current local taxation department has undergone major changes.For the local taxation departments,the future jurisdiction will be fully shifted to natural person taxation.Including personal income tax,social insurance premiums,taxation of natural person real estate,etc.will become the main revenue source of land tax.To explore and even rebuild the management system and corresponding information system that can meet the tax service and management needs of natural persons will be the local tax department for a long time to come.The core focus of the work.This article describes in detail the design and implementation of a tax-based cloud application framework for natural individual income tax online reporting management systems.The system takes the current natural person's taxation management requirements as the background.Through in-depth investigation of the income tax collection and management of Qinzhou City and analysis of its business process,the system has completed the analysis of the needs of the system,including functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis..Based on the three phases of the Golden Tax of the State Administration of Taxation,based on the overall structure of system requirements,based on the analysis and study of the characteristics,functions,and operating conditions of the existing three-phase system of gold tax,detailed design of each architecture is carried out.At the same time,in order to facilitate the use of taxpayers,a simple and easy-to-use front-end interface has been designed.The system is divided into six modules: personal information center,personal dynamics,help center,tax payment list,declaration management,online tax payment and other modules.In the system implementation section,screenshots of each module's interface are given.The system is still in the test use phase,but after the implementation,it will be able to innovate taxpayer services and tax management for natural persons,effectively solve the problems of natural persons handling personal income tax inquiries,reporting on the Internet inconveniently and failing to make contributions,and promoting the collection of personal income tax in Qinzhou.Effectiveness enhances the service image of thetaxation department and serves the full range of taxpayers.
