Design And Implementation Of Zijin Rural Commercial Bank Settlement/Remittance Management System

Settlement/Remittance management function is the foundation of Zijin Rural Commercial Bank’s new business management system, and is also one of the basic supports for the bank’s business extension strategy. This paper discusses development of Zijin Rural Commercial Bank’s settlement/remittance management system, including the software demand analysis, design, implements and testing.The system focuses on actualizing the following targets in function and software implementation:First, it should actualize internal settlement management function and assure transaction processing meets corresponding business rules. Secondly, it should realize funds business management function, which includes inside-corporation business management and outside-corporation business management. Thirdly, it should achieve internal settlement processing function. This paper discusses the above functions’demand analysis and builds corresponding user cases. As for the system’s software construction scenario, it uses traditional three-level structure, which is transaction information layer faced to users, transaction processing layer faced to internal function processing, and information storage layer faced to data storage and access visit. In each layer, the design scenarios more division and details according to the layer’s specific function feature. In this system, each unit-software constitutes logically coordinated program set through Java programs and corresponding database SQL programs running in applied database. The system’s database uses IBM DB2, which is very suitable to support establishing big-scale bank business management system.The system’s testing feedback is good. It reaches anticipated development requirement on most important design targets, and has been put into test run.
