Properly using, maintenance and updating of the device is very important in life-cycle management. Ensuring operational stability and security is a key demand in power stations. Now in power stations, preventive fix is an important measurement to achieve the security and stability of device. In order to meet the voice of employees and reduce the burden of inspection staffs, Inner Mongolia Xiwu Jinshan Power Ltd. need to introduce a patrol inspection management system. This system will manage the inspection standards, inspection plan, inspection performance, assessment and inspection report.Considering the current development of patrol inspection system in our nation, and integrating with the actual situation in Inner Mongolia Xiwu Jinshan Power Ltd., this system analyzed the logic in the inspection officers and the inspection process. With the analysis of real business, combined with the technology in current mainstream, we will use ASP.NET Framework. B/S architecture will achieve efficient update services. Using C# language and object-oriented thinking, as well as.NET FRAMEWORK, this system will achieve rapid development of the code and it’s easy to organize code. We use the SQL SERVER 2012 database, for simply data CRUD with a strong performance. Inner Mongolia Xiwu Jinshan Power Ltd. inspection system has four modules of standard project management, inspection performance management, appraisal management and inspection reports management. Inspection standard & plan management is divided into three modules of standard inspection, inspection, inspection planning standard. Patrol inspection performance management into the query performance, inspection performance trend analysis. Performance management is divided among patrol shifts query value queries, query rounds. Assessment management is divided into three sub-modules of missed statistics, statistics in place, working hour statistics. Inspection report is divided into patrol log management, inspection weekly, monthly inspection of three sub-functions. Multi-module system from multiple perspectives combined inspection data acquisition and processing.After the running of Inner Mongolia Xiwu Jinshan Power Ltd Patrol Inspect system, this system achieved a comprehensive coverage of device inspection. At the same time, the data collection is nearly completed, a number of device status collected being used effectively. Patrol inspection system can collect the states to analyze. The status change trend carried out from the device can directly reflect the maintenance status of the device, providing early warning.
