Medium Politics Evolution-Looks At Between The Nearly Ten Year Russian Media And The Political Relations From Two Chechen War Report

In the 20th century , The Former Soviet Union (FSU)has had shocked the world by its serious social transformation. The Marxism-Leninism ideology which had influenced the FSU for almost half a century distinguished. The new Russian society starts its reform from the highly-centralization to radical liberalized path. Especially in the Yeltsin's time, it is quite obvious that the whole Media system shows the trend of liberalization and commercialization. In the first period of 21th century, President Putin has come into his power, the development of Russian Media industry has come into a new period. In this period, the development of Media industry has been relatively stable and Media industry has been called the servant in national interest.The article has drawn the conclusion that media politics exists in every social transition of each country or nation, however, it shows quite different changing procedure. The transition of media politics is different according to the characteristic of nation region culture and time-period. So, we should handle with the analyse of transition considering their own feature. After the study of Russian10-year-tranistion and the analyse on the case study on the reports of two Chechen War. The Russian media experienced from five stage, from the high central controlled period of FSR to the liberalization of the public policy media, to the multiplex ownership of media industry in Yestin's period to the fourth power of media oligarch time, to the new servant position of nations in the period of Putin's centralized controlled media.In this article, The changing concept of the terminology of Media politics has been emphasized. The author uses the direct relationship between the mass-media and the Chechen War to explain the changing agent of the media politics in the transition of Russian Society.As showed above the Russian Media industry is valuable for the research study .That is the reason for this article to do a study on the Russian Media industry according to the recent 10 years' Russian society as its background. Hopefully, this study is helpful for China's Media system reform.
