The Research Of The Risk Language And Communication Topic Types Of The Media Official Micro-Blogs In Public Environment Events

Under the background of globalization, due to the global risks in which human practice occupies a dominant position. In such a social background, various global risks have done great threats to human existence and development. Public environment takes as an indispensable external condition of our social life, but now it is faced with various threats and blemishes. Our living environment has been badly hit by the snow disaster, flood disaster, earthquake, volcano eruptions, typhoons and other natural disasters. Especially in recent years frequent natural disaster events took place, mixed with a variety of social riots. These public environmental events brought lighter or heavier threats to safety and harmony of human society, decreasing people’sense of safety. So public environment events such as "hazy weather" earthquake, climate conference, water pollution, tsunami, typhoon have entered people’s field of vision. And it would cause social panic to a certain extent. Meanwhile various tattle and prate make people more nervous than ever before.However, in such a risky society, mass media play an important part in risky information filtering, the spread of risk and building risk awareness. Especially with the micro-blog prevailing in a new period, mass media can carry out warning of risky events comprehensively and thoroughly, which is a brand new and interdisciplinary field of study and perspective of micro-blog analysis. It will absolutely make a significant sense.This paper is divided into five parts.:The first part introduces the researching background and the significance of risk communication, and the research status of risk communication at home and abroad, and talks about the concept of risk society and risk communication and the development of relevant theories.The second part introduces the current situation of Micro-blog use.The third part introduces the research of the risk language and communication topic types of the media official micro-blogs in public environment events.
