With the development of manufacturing and automation, production logistics industry has become an important means to promote structural adjustment, change the mode of economic development and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy. It also illustrates the comprehensive national strength and the degree of modernization of an important manifestation of signs. Therefore, how to improve the production and logistics management is particularly important. However, production logistics management is still difficult to improve the effectiveness of the current situation of enterprises, resulting in the majority of enterprises in all aspects of production logistics has begun to find other ways to improve efficiency, especially in the automotive manufacturing companies. Appliance recycling plays an important role in the whole logistics process because of its unique collection mechanism. However, with the improvement of automobile manufacturing enterprise automation and management level, its appliance recycling logistics efficiency has not increased correspondingly. Thus, how to effectively manage the appliance recycling has become an important research topic of production logistics information system construction.After the requirements analysis of BQFT automobile factory logistics appliance recycling, we proposed a strategy for solving the problems in defective appliance management, non-transparent and inaccurate appliance flow, and responsibility in appliance damage. Based on this strategy, appliance recycling flow system in automobile production logistics was designed. The main contribution of this paper is:Firstly, we described the related works on the management of BQFT automobile factory appliance recycling, and analyzed the business requirements and process. The function modeling was accomplished based on the analysis. In addition, we analyzed the data integration requirements concerning the plant’s information construction management status.Secondly, on the basis of the requirements analysis, we proposed an overall solution appliance recycling flow system in automobile production logistics, and gave a detail design of the system functionality and the database.Then we proposed a solution on data integration based on the information management status, deployment situation of the factory, and comparison with the state-of-the-art data switching technology. The proposed solution utilized the middle table combined with web service, which are designed and implemented detailed in this paper. The proposed solution in this paper avoid the "information silos" phenomenon, which made the whole process more transparent and integrated.Finally, we complete the development and implementation of the whole system. The system employed the three-layer B/S structure. Modules of equipment investment management, flow management, quality dispute confirmation etc. were realized in this system. Tests on the system validate the performance of the system.
