Design And Implementation Of The Clinical Data Integration Based On Hadoop Platform

On the one hand, there is a growing trend in hospital that the storage of the data is greatly expanding in the age of big data. On the other hand, these resources of the information show the big prospects in the application of the big medical data. Meanwhile, the Hadoop platform has the strong ability in storing, processing and analyzing, and thus it can solve many problems about the data. Therefore, people are eager to extend from the traditional platform to that of the Hadoop and then make use of it to rise to the challenge of the big data. But there also exists a problem that how to integrate the data based on Hadoop platform.So, according to the actual demands and problems in the process, the thesis proposes the integration of the clinical data based on Hadoop platform. It is linked with EMR, PACS and LIS, and uses the HBase to build the storage model, and then designs the message processing engine with Apache Camel, and standardizes the exchange of the electronic data with HL7. Finally, the solution takes the clinical data generated in the procedure of examination and test as examples to implement the integration based on Hadoop platform.In addition, the research work can not only solve the problem of the isolated information and enable systems to communicate with each other, but also improve the share of information. Meanwhile, it guarantees the significant features of the data, such as real-time and veracity. At last, it can make use of the huge resources of the information to serve the medical industrial, and then promote the efficient integration of the big medical data and the development of the informatization construction.
