The optical fiber is a high quality medium for long distance signal transmission. It has a series of advantages such as small loss of signal, low distortion, high signal transmission speed and quality etc. An important way to use optical fiber for signal transmission is fiber optic guided missile. Optical fiber is the only carrier and channel for a fiber guided weapons to transmission date, it is used to transmit the downlink with image and uplink with the instruction, it is the lifeline of fiber guided weapons.The winding quality of guided missile fiber wire package can directlty affect the reliability of weapons. In order to guarantee don’t occur these phenomenons such as the defects of fiber span, caught, relaxation, jumpers, fell back, and collapse, as well as the fiber fracture problem during the actinomyctes flight guidance process, it is essential to use fiber adhesive during cable winding. Different adhesive precessings will lead to the divergency of adhesion, thus may have some impact on the overall quality of the line package. The research of automatic precision adhesive painting system during the high speed guidance optical fiber winding process is made for this key technical problem.Based on the analysis of composition and properties of the adhesive wound, combine with specific targets for adhesive coating, this paper presents a systematic approach of achieving percising guidance potical fiber adhesive painting. Calculating and selecting the main components as screw nut, stepper motors, couplings and atomizing nozzles in the mechanical systems. Using CFX to simulate the effect of atomization based on fluid analysis, and gives the regular pattern how relevant qualitative parameters affect the atomization. Selecting gas pressure regulating element according to the requirements of spraying. Designed the control system of precision adhesive painting after combined with all the requirements. The system is mainly composed by the PLC, stepper motor drives, pressure transmitters and power proportional valve.Finally, made experimental platform for a practical test, it can basicly achieve the desired function of binder spraying.
