Research On Railway Information Standard Management Platform

In recent years, China formulated a series of basic standards, documentation standards, operation and maintenance standards, development standards, management standards, basically formed a relatively complete system of information technology standards. Bank, Aviation, Electricity, Petrifaction and other industries were also developed information technology standards within their industry. With the development of railway information, information construction of the railway has begun to take shape. But standards of the information platform can not meet the railway information construction, management and operation and maintenance needs. Therefore, the railway information standard and railway information management system urgently need to be established, for sharing information standards, promoting collaboration to establish standards, protecting the security of information standards and improving the efficiency of standard formulation and management.On the basis of the research on China Railway information technology standard system, the paper studies the design and implementation of the railway information standard management platform which based on MVC framework from the aspects of specific business and functional requirements. The paper studies the railway information standard system in detail, and it determines research direction and design goals of railway information standard management platform. According to the composition of the standard system’s unit, it defines users and user rights of the platform. From the detailed business requirement analysis, it studies the railway information standard plan development processes, technical standards development process, standard revision and review processes, etc. In addition, the paper designs data tables of the workflow. Combined with the efficient Full-Text search technology, it studies the Full-Text search technology in the application of railway information standard management platform in order to improve the efficiency of Full-Text search on a large number of standard.The paper builds the entire railway information standard management platform with using Microsoft SQL Server2008, Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, IIS. It designs and implements standard revision processes, background management and standard query service. In this paper, I expects that the research and analysis of railway information standard management platform can provide guidance and reference for building the subsequent platform rapidly.
