The Design And Implementation Of Chongqing Standard Management And Retrieval System

Standardization offers the technological basis for product development and manufacturing, which is the technological foundation of improving enterprise management level and realizing scientific management. Firstly, it offers the technological basis for product development and manufacturing; Secondly, it promotes the improvement of product quality and progress of enterprise's technology; Thirdly, it can promote enterprises to run their organizing systems effectively. so standardization is the technological means of improving the competitive power of enterprise's market and economic benefits.which meets the needs of new situation for the standardization work of enterprises, provides full service in development, design, making, selling for the enterprise products, improves competitive power and promoting enterprise's economic benefits of the market, The standard system management systems must be set up progressively perfectly to change pedestrian's management and hand-operated backward way now, make standard as a convenint, swift low cost, high-efficiency technical support and management assure for enterprose's development.Based on the requirement investigation, by means of J2EE technology and full-test search technology, adopting the technical platform of Struts, The paper completed the system framework and database design. In the paper it analyzed the user requirement in aspects of operation flowchart, system function and performance and so on. And it also made anaysis of use case for key operation logic. Finally it realized three subsystems that are standard information query, standard information management and system function management subsystem. The system development was based on applying JSP of B/S architecture and platform of microsoft SQL Server database. The following work has been completed in the paper.①Mading the anatomy for Struts, B/S framework, J2EE and Lucence technologies, aimed at the user reqirement, the technicalarchitecture of Struts was determined to be applied which could enhance the maintainability, maneuverability, expandability of the system.②By analyzing theInvestigation and Study of market demand, the functional framework and database structures of system has been completed, which makes the whole design of system more reasonable③Completed a design scheme of standard information query, standard information management and system function management subsystem, which can satisfy the requirements in operation flow and function requirement of users successfully.④the standard management system was realized. the following daily functional was contact such as the querying of standards, user management, tandard information management, department information management, statistic of the standards, system logs, database maintenance and so on. The system basic running results show that the developed system is acceptable to users.
