The Design And Implement Of E-power Project Management System Based On Workflow Technology

Workflow technology stems from office automation, in the past ten years, workflow technology has become more and more applicable for process automation of enterprises and scientific institutions of large scales, and it has made them possible to become paperless office and achieve efficient business transfer. As for the problems of lacking management skills, communication delay among departments, and inefficient operation of State Grid, workflow technology could be a good solution.In this dissertation, the practical application of workflow technology is studied in the background of the consignation of State Grid Lanzhou Branch Top Clients and Market Development Dept, and the business process models are built. The description of software product lifecycle is conducted based on the software engineering ideology, which include problem definition, project research, requirement analysis, design, implement and testing. In the form of process automatic transfer, this system actualizes all the procedures from application submitting to materials filing, which is concretely designed and developed as follows:The requirement analysis and system design is carried out by the use of object-oriented method. The key nodes of the process and the actual roles of staffs are identified in the e-power project management process, and the system functional design is conducted according to the actual requirements. Then three open source frameworks in Java system, Spring, Mybatis and ExtJs are used to construct the system. At last, testing of the system is accomplished.This system has been operated for over a year, which greatly improves the process transfer efficiency of this department, it initially achieves the goal of office automation as well. It helps this department to make an important step to informatization and high efficiency.
