With the class sizes being larger, the campus road traffic safety is hidden in trouble. The limited campus traffic carrying capacity will take some troubles, which are hedge passenger flow, unexpected events and the crowd panicked. If the course selection and arrangement system is not reasonable, it is possible to produce the instantaneous peak flow alarms in a road or accidents. Especially, affected by the stampede of 2015 in Shanghai Bund, the school party committee pays attentions to the digital campus construction planning.Ersi launched the ARCGIS platform, which can effectively deal with twodimensional, three-dimensional geographic information data. And it has gradually become a mainstream technology platform for the domestic digital campus construction of colleges and universities. Being based on the Dijkstra algorithm the platform, which is developed by the global optimum, can effectively find the shortest path solution. But the algorithm does not take into account the road traffic situation and the flow of the tide of school characteristics. According to the human tendency that can take a shortcut through the psychological characteristics, the shortest path algorithm calculates the students the best possible choice of path, which between the two buildings. At the same time, the number of hedge paper through calculats tidal period on each path(forward walking and the number of reverse running number) to provide a new basis for the school course selection. The AZL algorithm proposes in considering pavement abortion tidal factors, which accidents prone location factors,courses arrangement of narrow rationality factors on the basis of the Dijkstra algorithm, which is improved. Through comparative experiments show that the algorithm can effectively exhaust identified security risks of course selection.In addition, the digital campus system is discussed. Firstly, starting from the developing situation of the digital campus, and combining with the analysis of the application of ARCGIS technology, the system relates technology, which is briefly discussed. And, the system analysises the system functional requirement. On this basis, it puts forward the design scheme of the system. And finally the development of the system implementation process and the test results are analyzed and discussed.
