Research On Mobile Application Service Of Archives

With the rapid development of mobile applications, which is widely used in all walks of life, the archive is no exception. The archives service and mobile applications combined in these conditions, carrying out the mobile application service of archives, conforming to the requirements of informatization development, realizing the social value of archives and meeting user’ demand of archives service. And, the archives information service concept can be deepened, the users group of archive information can be expanded and the archives information service mode also can be enriched. Through the analysis of survey, the functional model of mobile applications of archives has been designed. First of all, the basic function is online booking, reading and downloading the opening archives and query information. Secondly, online consultation, online exhibitions,personalized service is the special function. Those seven functional modules form the main archives service model for mobile applications. In addition to the functional design of mobile application of the archives, the client interface of mobile application of the archives is also briefly designed. At present, resource construction, technical infrastructure, and information security still have some problems in order to realize mobile application services of the archives. To solve those three major obstacles and achieve mobile application services of the archives, the primary task is the construction of archives information resources, and then the technical problems-solving, and finally security assurance of files and user information.
