China’s industrialization is initiated into its rapid development area, the requirement of various kinds of chemical products is enlarging gradually. And it is universally acknowledged that China is of so vast territory but inhomogeneous-distributed resources and productivity that the transportation of chemical products play an increasingly important role in the logistics transportation. Since once an accident of hazardous materials happen, it can do grievous and significant harm to people’s property and environment. Which make it conceivable that government, logistics transportation enterprise and public hold high attention on hazmat logistics transportation. And they take active part in the prevention and treatment of hazmat transportation accidents, as well as reach an consensus on take technological measures to monitor, warn early and manipulate hazmat logistics vehicle and storage equipment, in order to reduce hazmat transportation risk, furthermore cut down economical and environmental damage.This thesis utilize a range of advanced technologies such as cloud computing, the Internet of things and GIS. Collect and transmit the vehicle operation estate and environmental parameter of hazmat logistic equipment via IOT, monitor the vehicle of its working route and driver operation state, supervise the hazmat of its environmental status, then analyze and summarize the threshold value of these elements above. Once the relevant parameter reach its threshold value, "The Monitoring and Early-Warning Platform used in hazmat logistics" designed in this thesis will send out alerting signal according to warning scheme preestablished.The major missions will be accomplished in this thesis can be divided in several aspects as following:1 Construct cloud computing platform, take advantage of the large-scaled and high-effective processing capacity of cloud computing to realize operation data processing along with real-time remote supervision and analysis of varied sorts of hazmat logistics transportation and storage equipment.2 Fulfill the design and development of application platform be correlative familiarly with hazmat logistics transportation and storage equipment-"The Monitoring and Early-Warning Platform used in hazmat logistics"-primarily realize functions like real-time supervision and early-warning. Our platform will preestablish the running route of highest safety factor for hazmat logistics vehicle. Then combine their GPS information with GIS(geographic information system) service, realize these vehicle’s real-time and dynamic display in addition to query and review of history running route. The platform will probe parameters such as vehicle’s speed and tire pressure as also, and trigger warning signal once something abnormal take place-departure reserved running route, terrible running state, illegal drive. Meanwhile, "The Monitoring and Early-Warning Platform used in hazmat logistics" will explore, analyze, proceed characteristic parameters of hazmat environmental status, offer similar functions as these hazmat logistics vehicles.
