With the continuous development and maturity of Internet of Things technology and the growing of IoT devices,many researchers have gradually combined the Internet of Things with security early warning theory,making full use of their respective advantages and applying them to transportation,industrial manufacturing,medical and health care.Disaster emergency response and other fields.Therefore,in-depth study of the security early warning system in the context of the Internet of Things has great significance for people in all areas of daily production and life.The intelligent system,efficient management and convenient monitoring brought by it will also have significant economic benefits.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the security early warning system based on the Internet of Things.The main research work is as follows:(1)Introduce the security early warning theory,based on the core content of this paper,focus on the system security prediction and system security evaluation.Provide theoretical support for the study of security early warning systems.(2)Starting from the architecture of the Internet of Things system,the three layers of the network structure of the sensing layer,the network layer and the application layer are described and studied.Then the cloud computing model and the edge computing model are analyzed and compared,and the two are combined.Give full play to the advantages and cooperate with each other to establish a security early warning system structure with cloud-side collaboration.(3)Focus on the existing Kalman filter prediction algorithm and neural network prediction algorithm,and combine its advantages and disadvantages,effectively combine Kalman filter with BP neural network,and expound Kalman-BP neural network algorithm.And for the specific data monitored by the intelligent surge protector,the above algorithm is simulated and verified,and its practicability is analyzed.(4)Taking the specific application object-Intelligent lightning protection safety early warning system as an example,firstly analyze some problems existing in lightning protection,and summarize the functions of intelligent lightning protection safety early warning system based on existing problems and market demand.Based on the previous research results,an intelligent lightning protection monitoring and early warning system was developed.The case study shows that the security early warning system studied in this paper can meet the requirements and integrate the monitored data to realize the security early warning and trend analysis of the monitoring area.Through real-time visual display,it is easy to grasp the monitoring area in full,thus realizing Relevant intelligent application services,play a role of security warning and emergency command and control.
