Line heating process in line heating technology mainly through the use of experienced workers, calipers and other tools to treat me like steel plate matching to determine the location of the flame channel parameters, the final line heating process through artificial means. Factors shaping line heating affect many, forming process is more complicated. Line heating rely on workers experience flame channel parameters and manual processing methods to determine not only inefficient, but there is no uniform standard, relatively large fluctuations in the quality process. To address this issue, it is the domestic and foreign research institutions and universities on the line heating process parameters forecasting systems and automated processing equipment for a certain amount of research. At present, some studies have established a mathematical model of line heating forming law, to complete a simple parameter prediction part of the plate. But still there are some problems: For some complex plate processing parameters and multiple prediction processing forecasting problem has not been solved. This article also failed to resolve the problem for these studies, the development of line heating process parameters forecasting system that can accommodate a variety of plate forecast parameters, and can live up to multiple parameters to predict the forming process.In this dissertation, the line heating process parameters forecasting system main tasks include:1) Research on line heating forming laws. Establish water and fire steel forming relationships between temperature field and deformation field in the process and establish a corresponding mathematical model. Related factors affect the line heating and molding process parameters on the deformation of the mathematical model.2) On the line heating process parameters prediction algorithm. Scanners and businesses realize Tribon system coordinate transformation, to be processed during the board and the target board to determine a variety of plate shape matching process required horizontal flame paths, trails and algorithm vertical flame flame twist bits road layout.3) Line heating expert system is built. Through the establishment of knowledge base line heating, save the information previously processed steel and processing parameters for next similar or identical plate processing, reduce system matching time. At the same time expert system inference engine to self-learning algorithm to study the law is not clear on the presence of the target in order to improve the self-learning expert system functionality.4) Mathematical models and forecasting algorithms previously established parameters such as system implementation. Complete line heating process parameters forecasting system that can forecast processing parameters, and the ability to follow a certain protocol processing parameters transmitted to line heating automated processing system for automatic processing.The subject line heating process for the existing problems, the establishment of line heating process parameters forecasting systems, research and implementation of process parameters prediction algorithm flame paths, and the use of expert systems to establish the corresponding knowledge base, inference mechanism and the introduction of self-learning mechanism improve the system. Enables the system to predict a more optimal processing parameters to improve the speed of the system also reduces the prediction processing number.
