Line heating plate molding technology is currently the world’s most widely used in shipbuilding, one of the key technologies in the most complicated operation. This technology is complex and influencing factors, and operating more difficult to master, and processing quality fluctuation is big. For a long time, for large and complex plating processing, domestic and foreign each shipyard is done manually by experienced workers. Along with our country’s science and technology, military, navigation and the continuous development of comprehensive national strength, we have the higher requirements for ship manufacturing technology. Therefore, it is necessary to realize intelligent control of line heating plate technology, it will no doubt be in shorten shipbuilding cycle, reduce the shipbuilding cost, improve the quality of shipbuilding have important significance.Based on the long size12(M)×width4(M)×1.5(M) high plate as the research object. Considering the current domestic shipbuilding industry limitation for the large curvature and high head hull plate is made of workers indicated process, Aiming at these problems, and connecting with the practice, developed applied to large complx hull plate forming computer control stetem. The system is based on expert system, detection system and perform device coordination, scheduling, and data processing. It is not only greatly improved speed and processing accuracy, and greatly strengthened the intelligent degree of line heating plate. The main research contents and innovations are as follows:1. In-depth analysis of line heating plate process characteristics and control requirement, and Set up line heating intelligent control system. In the system which is Based on expert system and detection system for data exchange, and resource management, It will get sent to the site after the access to the data processing of actuators, and realize intelligent bending process, the coordination and management, and data processing.2. Through access to expert database of flame, and translate into motion controller can identify the code. But because of the expert system provided by the flame locus of disorder, this paper proposes a motion path optimization based on improved greedy algorithm, using the algorithm for flame processing sequence optimization, has resulted in a invalid path shorter processing, improve processing efficiency.3. In view of the current uses the straight line and arc interpolation algorithm to control the interpolation of five-axis linkage, will greatly increase the burden of computation and transmission of the system, and can make the excessive speed fluctuation on the problems in the process of machining, this paper proposes a direct interpolation for five-axis linkage control of double NURBS curve interpolation algorithm.This article is based on the hull plate processing molding development and industrialization of intelligent robot research of the project. In view of the large curved surface, polymorphous and high drop the problem of plating processing time molding problems.Developed the intelligent hull plate shape control system. In fire and water processing to solve complex curved surface by the current situation of the manual workers, the system and greatly improve the machining efficiency and machining precision.
