In recent years, with the constant improvement in the equipment level of military ship and significantly increased competitiveness in civil ship market, the shipbuilding industry has been developed rapidly. At the same time, in order to deal with growing demand of ship manufacturing, Chinese shipbuilding industries set foot in digitization shipbuilding direction comprehensively, promote lean shipbuilding vigorously and accelerate the construction of information development, aiming to achieve the purpose of reducing the shipbuilding cycle, improving shipbuilding efficiency and saving the cost of shipbuilding.Processing of the hull shell plate surface is the key to shipbuilding and one of the important links, the quality of the forming process has great influence on the overall manufacturing. Line heating is widely used in ship hull plate processing all over the world, in view of the execrable environment of line heating processing. But it is difficult to have real-time detection towards to plate surface in line heating processing with the fire and water, and take the back of hull plate into detection for lack of corresponding support equipment, considering the support equipment needs to adjust with the deformation surface and the adjustment in the process has the characteristics of complexity and nonlinearity, support equipment control system is difficult to establish an accurate model to solve the problem of quantitative adjustment. Therefore, according to the situation, this paper tries to putting up an open platform of intelligent strutted detection platform of plate forming by line heating, and carry on the research of intelligent control and detected data collecting based on the platform, generate effective solutions to detection timely in the process of line heating. The main work completed is as follows:1. According to control and detection requirements of intelligent strutted detection platform, this paper puts up the control and detection system composed of motion controller and PLC, combining with laser ranging module groups, DSP, designs the overall scheme of system, including hardware selection and structures research, aiming to lay the foundation for the research on intelligent control strategy of system.2. In order to made the ship plates line heating on the CNC(Computerized Numerical Control) struts flexibly and stability also laser detection system is integrated, improve the accuracy in detection and simplify the process, an intelligent control algorithm of CNC struts is put forward, in view of the characteristic which the height adjustment process of struts is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model, the fuzzy RBF neural network control method is integrated into the control process, to achieve the purpose of quantitative adjustment for each strut.3. In order to full play the function of hardware platform guaranteeing on the basis of real-time and reliability of system, the platform system software is designed which combined with functional requirements of platform software, including the motion controller software, detection system software and PC application software in detail.This article research and develop an CNC struts control system used to the process of line heating, laser scanning system is integrated to study the detection method of large complex surface, thereby, CNC strutted detecting platform in line heating is completed, also the corresponding control algorithm is designed. The intelligent strutted detection platform prominently improve the efficiency of detection in line heating and overcome the execrable industrial environment, provides a new direction for detection in the process of line heating, has a certain engineering application value.
