The IOT (Internet of things) played a positive role in today’s scientific and technological progress, which consisted of the key techniques of perception, network communication and applications. The emergence of the Internet of things changed the way people live. The Internet of things had become a new pattern in economic and social development of countries, and become the nation’s long-term competitiveness of the pilot areas. The Internet of things applications had been scale tried in military, electric power, industry, agriculture, environmental monitoring, construction, medical, space and ocean exploration, etc.This paper through to a large number of relevant literature reading and the Internet of things application products in the field of investigation, identification and tracking technology of Internet of things technology, sensors and actuators, middleware technology, network technology and other technical details were studied. Firstly, this paper analyzed the perception and recognition technology of the system architecture, as well as the technical implementation. And then paper demonstrated the transport layer implementation of IOT, and also the telecommunication network access technology in contrast. Finally put forward a somewhat desirable access and transmission scheme for the IOT.Based deep investigation and research on RFID system, sensor network and mobile Internet client platform, the paper designed an IOT information system platform based on the structure of the Internet. By adopting the technology of RFID and WSN completed data perception and acquisition of the IOT system. Using WAMP tools to build Internet server platform, complete the information through the browser and release functions such as remote client. This paper also combined the mobile Internet technology, and IOT application platform was designed and implemented communication platform for the mobile Internet customers. Through the Android APP access to the IOT platform database content, implement mobile client access. Using the open interface provided by weichat platform, the connection of the weichat platform and Internet application platform database could be structed, which completed the combination of the mobile Internet and the traditional Internet.
