In industrial production, the boiler furnace flame temperature is directly related to thenormal operation and safety of the boiler. The temperature and combustion of the furnaceflame of the coal boiler are the important reference for the safety of the boiler. But due to thecomplexity of the working conditions of coal fired boilers and the complex uncertainty of theinternal flame combustion environment of coal boiler, and the interference factors, especiallysoot pollution, have difficulty in monitoring the furnace flame temperature. The safety andstability of the boiler working state, the relationship to the national economy and the people’slivelihood, the boiler fuel is carried out the full combustion, and the smooth implementationof the sustainable development strategy. Therefore, it is of great significance for the study ofthe temperature field of the combustion of the boiler furnace internal flame temperature.Through the observation of the specific coordinates of flame temperature inside theanomalous points of temperature can be determined outlier specific temperature values aswell as the specific location, convenient staff timely and accurately to make the correctmeasures to deal with.In this paper, the boiler safety production is the background, the main research of theboiler furnace flame imaging characteristics and temperature field real time monitoring of theproblem. With a coal fired boiler as the object of study using CCD colorimetric temperaturemeasurement method, on the boiler furnace flame temperature were studied, and built basedon color CCD of boiler furnace flame temperature monitoring system. The main work of thispaper is as follows.: The background, significance and current situation of the detection of theflame temperature in the boiler furnace are described; based on the analysis of the safetyproduction of boiler, the characteristics of flame imaging in the furnace are studied, and theflame temperature measurement is given; design of hardware and software system based oncolor CCD, the hardware system includes CCD HY5800A camera, filter, DS4008HC imageacquisition card, DS8104HC ST hard disk recorder and computer, etc. The software systemfor furnace flame image processing, including the smooth denoising, color temperature,temperature, alarm and other functions. Debug the hardware and software system and thedebug results show that the boiler flame temperature monitoring system can realize the flametemperature measurement, and the accuracy of the monitoring system meets the requirements. In this paper, through the real time monitoring of the boiler furnace flame temperature,flame temperature field distribution is obtained, on boiler safety production and operationprovides reliable basis, the experimental results show that, the system running results meet therequirements.
