Compared with the foreign textile enterprises in terms of the degree of automation,production efficiency and product quality, etc., our textile enterprises there is a big problem. Toenhance the competitive advantage of Chinese textile enterprise, reduce equipment maintenancecosts, improve product quality, improve the management level and production efficiency, in2009,the state issued the textile industry adjustment and revitalization of planning ". Spinning in thetextile production process, the product quality level, production efficiency and various productioncost in the whole process has an important position, so the textile enterprises at home and abroadhave attached great importance to advanced spinning equipment and its application in theinnovation. Under this background, the spinning frame beheaded monitoring system has becomethe research focus in the textile industry.This paper illustrates the important position of the textile industry, analyzes the now thetextile industry in the development of the bottleneck problem, and then introduces the presentsituation of the monitoring system, yarn break scheme about the design of monitoring system arediscussed in detail, gives the overall solution based on sensor: in spinning workshop, according tothe characteristics of the production environment, choose a suitable monitoring and spun yarnbreakage, the running state of the frame data information of the sensor, then the transmission ofdata to the intelligent node; In the process, to ensure the real-time performance of data acquisition,transmission, simple the use of CAN bus is introduced.Then design the supporting the use of signal lamp and tour routes, to provide direction for themachinist and mechanic; And design the structure of the monitoring system software, the structureof the module features include state display, report generation, automatic alarm, and other functions, management personnel to perform real time maintenance and management of spinningworkshop, so as to optimize and improve management, improve the production efficiency, reducelabor intensity, reduce the production cost and so on.This chapter finally, experiments have been carried out to test the whole monitoring system,through the analysis of test data, illustrates the yarn breakage monitoring system, can carry on thereal-time monitoring of, is the important way to improve the yield and quality of yarn; Can alsomonitor the running status of spinning frame, so as to find problems in time; The application ofthis monitoring system can improve the degree of automation, information, textile mills, improveproduction efficiency, reduce labor intensity, optimize and improve the management level ofenterprises, to improve economic benefits.
