Real-time yarn breakage detection is an important part in spinning industry which reduces the defect rate of textiles and improves productivity.Currently, the equipments of domestic enterprises mainly are imported from foreign.The research topic of this paper is real-time yarn breakage detection for replacing the imported products.On the base of the linear CCD industrial camera of Wuhan-Fangcun company,we study and improve the data acquisition board is lake of cache,thus,it affects the data transmission rate of the system.This project choses the chip of IS61LV25616as buffer of data acquisition board,and adopt the JTAG interface circuit that benefit online debug of the circuit and design the system,and we simulate drivers circuit by QUARTUS II of ALTERA’s development software.In this work,we use C++to develop a set of user interface application software which apply to the detection of yarn breakage in the spinning industry and work with linear CCD industry camera.And the software can deal with the received data and display real-time graphic.In this paper,compared with tradition mechanical sensor,using linear CCD as a sensor has some advantage such as convenient maintenance and low cost.We believe that linear CCD has a good application prospect in production of the industry.
