The Study And Realization For Multifunctional Customer-Service-Platform(MCSP) Of Medium And Small-Size Banks(MASSB)

Electronic Channel Businesses of Medium and Small-size Banks (MASSB) areinnovating with the development of internet communication technology. It isnecessary for customers to identify channel password and channel tool, and then tohandle channel businesses. This paper provides one-station-signed service, and makesthat customers could access singed channel system by a set of channel password andchannel toolDuring the study and realization for MCSP of MASSB, first, there is aninstruction for requirements which comes from the deeply study and analysis forElectric-Bank-System; second, according to requirements we have finished the design,which is included overall architecture and functional module of the system, that ismade up with designs of logical model, software architecture and integrationframework of other systems. Base on the design of overall architecture and the safetyof the system, we have finished the detail about functional module design. At least,we have got the successful running in the system.Multifunctional Customer-Service-Platform (MCSP) of Medium And Small-SizeBanks (MASSB) make the reality that the customer can access any channel systemsthrough a set of channel password and channel tool, which can improve experienceof the customer, in the mean time, promote the safety service level.
