Design And Development Of The City Public Security Bureau’s Intelligence-gathering System

With the rapid development of computer and Internet popularity, the publicsecurity system in the various provinces and the accumulation of a large number ofdata sources on the Internet. On the one hand these resources has brought greatconvenience to the public security work, it also brought a lot of inconvenience.Intelligence gathering is from the vast amounts of information useful in the analysis ofintelligence. In order to improve intelligence-gathering work, improve workefficiency, the public security department of the intelligence needs of the constructionof information systems in2008. We hope through the construction of intelligenceinformation systems, timely, accurate and comprehensive information to find. Havingmade the demand, the relevant departments immediately organized to develop aresearch and development unit of the system.The structure of our platform is B/S. The system is divided into two partsextranet and intranet based primarily on information retrieval technology, platformsupport level cities, county-level cities, streets, etc. until the administration and theProvincial Public Security, Ministry of Public Security and other higher sector units touse as a remote user access. Includes five subsystems, namely information retrievalanalysis subsystem periodically in accordance with the search strategy for the initialsearch, with rows of heavy, incremental search function; Second, the data acquisitionsubsystem, gathering all the information and the import-way network part; three is toshow subsystems, each management platform to interact with, view of intelligenceinformation; Fourth, security subsystem; five is a system management subsystem,used to retrieve policy settings, user management, device status monitoring.Driven by the needs of police intelligence, the system is based on analysis by thedocument, extracting features. Inaddition, the system can integrate multiple matching score given aggregated totalscore. Meanwhile, the system provides a rich interface, easy to interact with othersystems; configuration capabilities of the system can return results matching rules andsettings, adjust the final result and the number of intelligence information generated.
