In the situation, itis of great realistic significance to establish an electronic commerce platform forthose small and medium-sized enterprises.In this paper, the development and construction of Tianjin Light Industrye-commerce website to establish a comprehensive portal platform has been studiedand analyzed. Firstly, on the basis of full investigation, analysis of Tianjin LightIndustry e-commerce website development demand to determine that the usermanagement, information management, business management, enterprises yellowpages and other major functional modules. Through the realization of acomprehensive technical analysis and comparison we determined the developmentscheme made with LAMP development platform to run Apache as the system andMySQL is the backend database for PHP development tools for the language program.Secondly, trough analyzing the procedure of major function we used the case diagramand sequence chart and the other skills to designed the main function modules of lightindustry portal in detailed. We designed the database model and described the dataitems in detailed. Finally, in order to ensure the overall system operation stability anddevelopment quality of the light industry portal, we performed the comprehensive testof system function and performance and reliability, the results meet the designobjectives and to achieve formal operation.Construction and use of the Tianjin Light Industry Portal can greatly improve thelevel of service, service efficiency of the Federation for Tianjin and nationwideenterprise users, standardized service processes, and effective dissemination ofinformation to help companies and associations for common development.
