In recent years, the maturity of the Internet technologies and the improvement oflogistics distribution have caused the sales of E-commerce to soar in our country. As aresult, a traditional retail company which fails to find an accurate position in themarket will be phased out. A traditional retail company should explore its own salesadvantages, innovate constantly, experience various marketing modes, and adoptprecision marketing.This article bases on the needs of a certain large retail chain group and uses theWeb Browser/Server framework to design and develop a set of precision marketingsystem. This system uses C#programming language and the database of MicrosoftSQL Server2005to build an individualised sales and service system which covers awide variety of business including the membership information management, themember consumption management, the report query management, the member careand the text messaging management. It helps a company expand fast in a low-costway with measurability. This article has finished the demand analysis of the enterpriseprecision marketing management system, the overall design of the system, the designof each module of the system, the implementation of the system and the system test.In the meantime, the article also lucidly analyses and studies the precision marketingmanagement system’s operation flow, functions, state, design scheme and thetechnologies used to implement the design scheme. Relevant graphs are drawn tosupport explanations. The result of the system test has verified that the design of thesystem has met the company’s expected demand.The implementation and application of the system will heavily promote precisionmarketing in the segment market, and then improve performance of a traditional retailcompany.
