The Design And Implementation Of EMMC’s Safety Management System Of Occupational Health

Safety management of occupational health is an essential part of safetymanagement, which is one of the important measures for enterprises to effectivelyimprove working conditions and facilities of health and safety, and to preventindustrial accidents or occupational diseases. It plays an active role in enterprise tostrengthen labor protection, improve working conditions, protect safety and health ofworkers and promote the development and production. The establishment of thesystem provides a scientific and effective management standard for solving the safetyissues of modern occupational health.EMMC is used as an example in order to explore and establish a convenienthealth and safety management system or management platform. In this paper, theauthor systematic analyses the difference between system standard and traditionalsafety management. Based on that, EMMC integrates the management system ofoccupational health, traditional safety management of enterprises and safety system ofoccupational health. According to the safety management system of occupationalhealth’s documents, the author combines his own experience to solve a series ofproblem during the implementation process of system standard. The realization ofdata editing, browsing, querying, statistical analyzing and output printing etc., makingit more convenient to know the specific situation of enterprises production., such asthe condition of equipment operation statistics, hidden danger investigation situationand the event processing statistics. Not only strengthen the process management ofproduction safety, but also achieved the perspective of safety management. In this way,sense of belonging of the stuff would be further enhanced and the image of EMMCand the corporate be improved.
