Design And Realization Of Occupational Health Supervision System

Our country has more than 600000 of the enterprises have different levels of occupational health hazards, there are more than 30000000 employees in different degrees of exposure to occupational hazards, confirmed the number of occupational diseases, the cumulative number, the number of deaths in the world. Every year, the loss of three billion yuan, more than 10 billion yuan, has caused the damage to thousands of families. In spite of the new safety supervision departments in the occupational disease prevention link was given the main status, but our country still exists the basic occupational disease regulatory mechanism is not perfect, weak regulatory power, scientific and technological means, the work of the Department is not enough, the regulatory coverage is lower.According to the actual situation of occupational health hazard and supervision in our country, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign relevant experience and system, gives the management mode of business data structure and data flow, and makes the occupational health hazard from the bottom original data. System using B/S(Browser/Server, browser / server mode) framework, based on Microsoft.NET development framework, using Visual Studio Microsoft as a system development work, development language selection C#, Server2008 SQL as the background database management system to complete the design and development. Using XML(Hypertext Markup Language), through the Service Web interface, the interface between the system and the use of Ajax technology to increase the usability and friendliness of the page. The whole system includes the government, enterprise, hospital, and several parts of the professional health information effectively achieve closed-loop management, strengthen the supervision of the management, improve the work efficiency.In this paper, the design of the occupational health system focused on the defects in the work of occupational health supervision, design a closed type of data management flow, so that the government’s regulatory means more perfect, more clear responsibility.
